The sensor to the door is not working, it doesn't close or open automatically anymore. The window is making noise when we put it up or down. The molding is damaged. And he seemed eager to leave when he was done. This was absolutely the worst service I have ever had.

And he seemed eager to leave when he was done. This was absolutely the worst service I have ever had.

The back trunk was not vacuumed out thoroughly. Lots of very tiny fragments were left behind, and in the two ''holes'' ie anchor points in the floor of trunk there are lots of 1'' fragments that were left behind. The glass was not swept up from the driveway, and unfortunately that apparently is not part of your protocol, but in my opinion poor customer service. Also, the blue painter's tape was left on the car which should have been removed. The window was installed properly and looks nice.

After 1 hr they install the windshield in my 2012 Mercedes Benz E350 the battery died i couldn't start, so i jump it and drove it inside my garage because my was was outside my Garage when they did my windshield install. 4 hrs later i tried to start my car again but the battery died again and i jump it again. This was Friday afternoon. On Saturday my wife wanted to use the car to go out but the Battery died again and i jump it again and this time my car would not to in Gear no matter what i do, so i called my Mercedes Benz Dealer Mechanic and i finally know what to do which i have to ''Disconnect'' the windshield connector behind the rear view mirror, Right after i disconnected the Windshield connector my car started. This time Saturday i call the Windshield installer and they said it is not the windshield which i told them what happen and they said they will come and see it monday and they never showed up. I called them Wednesday several time and no answer until the afternoon which they said they will come and none yet. Today is Thursday April 5, and i called them again and they responded and said that they will come and see my car 4:00 pm today. Few things that is wrong with the Windshield install. 1. the Windshield wiper arm is not installed properly, when i turn on my windshield wiper, it hits the all the way to the bottom, so that needed to be adjusted properly to the right placement. 2. The gap between the windshield and the top of the roof shield be only about 1/8 of an inch but the gap now is about 1/4 of an inch, this is no good because water can go in there and stays and when you drive it makes a whisle noise and buzzing now. 3. I'm sure that this windshield is not rated for my car because it is draining my battery, either this is windshield is for another model or for a model that has lane change. Anyhow i'm very disapointed, i need this to be fixed properly or replace and install it properly. Note: at the beginning when i made an appointment to do my car, i specifically told them that i wanted someone that knows about mercedes benz and they said yes but yet what i got was not what i wanted.
